WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING:

Glow Nest offers Weight Based Shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, With weight based shipping you get lower rates on overall products range. Shipping rates are calculated based on overall Cart Weight (i.e., Total weight of products added to the shopping cart).

We at Glow Nest understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from Glow Nest, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days (domestic shipment), and its only because all orders are custom made.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.

WE ACCEPT ORDERS FROM AND DELIVER WITHIN INDIA ONLY

5 DAY RETURNS:

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8080030033 or email us at info@glownest.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

2. All refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition along with the box. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.

3. In case of returns, Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
